About the company

The Singapore Productivity Centre is a competency and resource centre under the Singapore Productivity Association. It offers training, consultancy and benchmarking studies to help SMEs in the food services, retail and hotel sectors become more competitive.

Problem

Commissioned by the Singapore Productivity Centre, Blackbox Research (BBR) carried out benchmarking studies for the retail and food services industry.

BBR needed a writer to tie its findings together with other research on market and industry trends for each of its reports.
