Kerry Group is a global taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. It focuses on sustainable nutrition, clean-label ingredients and innovative taste solutions.

I researched and ghostwrote two thought-leadership articles that help to build trust and authority:

  • Eating Smart: Innovating food for health, flavour and the planet – on why the food industry must come together to create sustainable nutrition solutions for better human and environmental health without compromising taste

  • Scientific breakthrough in training innate immunity – on a scientific breakthrough in training innate immunity

These articles were published in trade media outlets like New Food, Asia Pacific Food Industry, Food & Beverage Asia and Food & Drink Business.
